What is your return policy?

You may return any non-customized Orée item within 30 days of receipt,
provided that the items are returned in unused condition and in original packaging.

Once we receive the item, we will recredit its value
(excluding shipping) to the payment method used for purchase.

Customized items may not be returned for refund
except for mistakes on our part.


 Where are returns sent?

Customers in the U.S. can send returns to our warehouse in the
U.S. Customers in Europe can send returns to our atelier in
France. For customers outside of Europe or the U.S., returns
must be sent to our warehouse in Hong Kong.

The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the
customer. You can ship with the carrier of your choice. 
For your
peace of mind, make sure to get a tracking number so that you
are protected in the event of loss or theft during delivery to us.
